■35年前のマンション７階（110m2４ＬＤＫ）を改造し、１室をグリーンルームとしてバルコニーと一体化した外部とし、ガラスで囲まれた室とした。
■居間、グリーンルーム、台所、洗面トイレは全て35mm厚の大理石とし、東面からの太陽熱をダイレクトゲイン手法で蓄熱し、冬でも20℃を保っている。
■外部開口部はアルミサッシを木マドペアガラス窓に交換し、広い開口部でありながら、気密・断熱性に優れた住宅を実現した。

Making One room integrated with the balcony, it realizes a external inner
green room surrounded by glasses.
■ The floors are all finished by thick marble of 35 mm, which store the
solar heat as direct gain from the south east sun and it keeps room temperature
in 20 degree even in winter time.
■ It is also effective in hot summer and tropical country, for the passive
cooling, to keep cool by the night cool air intake.
■ For eco- renovation, we exchanged the aluminum window into KIMADO timber
paired-glass window, the house realize a high airtightness and insulation
performance, while making a wide opening which receive bright sun shine
for solar heat direct gain in winter and passive cooling night perge system
in summer. |
