■半田に本社のあるプレカット会社であるシンホリが関連工務店共同モデルハウスとしてつくった住宅である。
■大きな吹抜けにより上下階の空気の流れ、空間のつながりを意識したコンパクトな間取りとした。
■窓は全て木製クワトロサッシで、高断熱、高気密、蓄熱、床下空調などを取り入れたパッシブ型のエコハウス。
■一次消費エネルギー量を約50％削減し、太陽光発電を載せたことでゼロエネルギーハウス（ZEH）となっている。
